Because each Grace & Jean piece is handmade, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us using the Contact page on our website within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Preorders
Some items may be offered as preorders. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
Estimated preorder ship dates are subject to change, though we'll always keep you updated along the way.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Grace & Jean is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
